What we provide

SingingTails generates an original song from details you supply, then produces a 15-second video in which your pet appears to sing it. Output is AI-generated and varies between runs; we do not guarantee any particular result.

SingingTails is an independent product that provides its own interface built on top of third-party AI models for song and video generation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the providers of those underlying models.

Prohibited content

You may not use SingingTails to generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, nor any content that is violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful. This service animates photos of pets and animals only; human faces are rejected automatically at upload, and the product may not be used to animate a person, create a face swap, or produce a deepfake of any human. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy, and we enforce them technically and through ongoing moderation.

Who we are

SingingTails is operated as a sole proprietorship. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record — your purchase contract for payment purposes is with Creem, and their name may appear on your statement alongside ours.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of producing your video, and to store them for as long as your video is available to download.

You confirm that you have the right to use each photo you upload, and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your video and song

You may use the videos and songs you generate for personal and commercial purposes, including posting them on social media and monetised channels.

We make no claim of copyright over your output, and we make no representation that copyright subsists in AI-generated material — in several jurisdictions it may not. We cannot and do not warrant that your song is free of similarity to existing works.

Pricing and payment

Writing lyrics, generating songs and previewing them is free. Producing a video costs $9.99, or less per video in a credit pack. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Credits do not expire. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: 30 days, no conditions.

Availability

We depend on third-party AI services and do not guarantee uptime. Video generation normally takes a few minutes but can take longer under load. If a generation fails through no fault of your photo, your credit is returned automatically.

Retention

Finished videos remain downloadable for at least 30 days. Uploaded photos and intermediate files are deleted within 30 days of your video being generated. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination

We may suspend access for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Unused credits are refunded on termination unless they were used in an attempt to bypass our safety controls.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
