Picking a good photo
The video is only as sharp as the photo you start with. We check yours before you pay and tell you if it needs swapping.
- Face the camera — front-on photos work best
- Get close: their face should fill a good part of the frame
- A slightly open mouth helps the singing look natural
- One pet per photo
- Bright, sharp, unblurred
JPG or PNG, under 5 MB. Photos with human faces in them are rejected automatically — this works on pets only.
