Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a video for any reason, email hello@singingtails.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to explain why. You do not need to delete the video. We will not ask you to try again first.

How to request a refund

Email hello@singingtails.com from the address you used to order, and include your order number if you have it. We reply within two business days and process approved refunds immediately.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the money in your account — that part is outside our control.

Unused credits

Credits you have bought but not yet used can be refunded at any time within 30 days of purchase, at the same rate you paid.

Try before you buy

You can write lyrics, generate songs and listen to them as many times as you like without paying. We also check your photo and tell you whether it will work before you order the video. Payment of $9.99 happens only when you ask us to make the 15-second video.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handled a refund, reply to our email and ask for it to be escalated. We will respond within five business days with a final decision and an explanation.

Payments are processed by Creem, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. You may also raise a payment dispute directly with them or with your card issuer.
