Acceptable Use Policy

Pets and animals only

SingingTails accepts photographs of pets and animals. Every upload is screened automatically before processing, and uploads are rejected when they:

• contain a human face, whether or not a pet is also present
• contain no identifiable animal subject
• are too low in quality for the model to work with

This is a technical control, not a policy request. The product cannot be used to animate a person, create a face swap, or produce a deepfake of any human being.

You must own the photo

You may only upload photographs that you took, or that you otherwise have the right to use. Do not upload photos of animals that are not yours without the owner's permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this service to:

• animate any human likeness, or attempt to circumvent our face detection
• impersonate a real person, brand or organisation
• generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive content of any kind
• create violent, hateful or harassing content
• depict animal cruelty or distress
• produce political messaging or disinformation
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or publicity rights
• upload content involving minors in any form
• resell or redistribute the service as your own

Music and lyrics

Songs are generated for you. We do not reproduce commercial recordings, and you cannot upload your own audio track or request a specific copyrighted song. Lyrics you write are your responsibility — do not submit text that infringes someone else's rights.

AI-generated content

Videos are produced using AI. They show something that did not happen. If you publish one somewhere that requires disclosure of synthetic media, label it accordingly.

Enforcement

Accounts that attempt to bypass these rules may be suspended without refund of credits used in the attempt. Serious misuse is reported to the relevant authorities where we are legally required to do so.

Reporting misuse

If you believe a video made with this service misuses your likeness, your animal's likeness, or your copyright, email hello@singingtails.com with the details. We investigate every report and respond within two business days.
