Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address — to send you your finished video and your receipt.
• The photo you upload — to generate your video.
• What you type — your pet's name, personality and your message, used to write the song.
• Basic technical data — IP address and browser, kept in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

Payment card details never reach us. They are handled entirely by Creem, our merchant of record.

Photos of pets

We accept photos of animals only. Uploads containing human faces are detected and rejected automatically, so we do not knowingly process biometric data of people. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Who processes your data

To produce your video we send your photo and the generated audio to third-party AI services, which may be located outside your country, including in China:

• Volcano Engine / Jimeng (OmniHuman) — generates the video from your photo and the song. Located in China.
• ai6666 — generates the lyrics and song audio.
• Creem — processes payments and issues receipts.
• Google Cloud — hosting and file storage.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos to train any model.

How long we keep things

• Uploaded photos and intermediate files — deleted within 30 days of your video being generated.
• Finished videos — kept for at least 30 days so you can re-download, then deleted.
• Order records — kept as long as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or California, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email hello@singingtails.com and we will act within 30 days.

You can ask us to delete a photo or video at any time, including before the retention period ends.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary to run the site — keeping you signed in and remembering your order in progress. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
